Join Downtowner Mary Beck for hands-on classes at Zest! Cooking School. Mary has taken classes here before and is looking for Downtowners to join her for any or all three classes.
Classes include Ramen from Scratch (November 7), Winter Supper Club, (December 2), and Challah and Babka (December 5).
Join us for a 3-hour masterclass where you’ll learn to bake two beloved holiday breads: Challah and Babka. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the techniques for crafting these traditional yeasty treats from scratch. By the end of the class, you’ll take home a freshly baked Chocolate Babka and Braided Challah, perfect for sharing with family and friends.
