Age-Friendly Lancaster City is an opportunity to bring people of all ages together to rethink our neighborhoods and take action to make them more inclusive and respectful of every generation. By aligning with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Age-Friendly Cities and Communities’ Framework, Lancaster joined forward focused cities across the United States and around the world. Lancaster Downtowners joins the City of Lancaster and Landis Communities as leadership for this initiative, and also supports each of the Action Teams.
We partner with Global Shapers for intergenerational, community building initiatives.
