This workshop is for anyone who has experienced loss or a meaningful life transition. Based on the book Tear Soup: A Recipe for Healing After Loss by Pat Schwiebert and Chuck DeKlyen, this workshop offers a gentle, creative space to reflect on grief and change.

Participants will view the Tear Soup DVD, use art to create their own “tear soup,” and take part in a guided discussion about personal experiences of loss and life transitions.

The workshop will be facilitated by Nancy Boyd, a Steeple View Lofts resident, hospice counselor, and former Director of Loss and Life Transitions at Samaritan Counseling Center.
