The women of Downtowners are launching a new group: Spirited Away. This is a group for lively women who enjoy wine, beer and/or cocktails. 

     The intent is that this will be both a social group and an educational group, with a goal for each meeting to include a beverage tasting and a short talk about a beer style, wine type, or unusual spirit. Details are still being worked out.

     At this first meeting we'll set our on-going schedule, and will gather ideas for other locations and educational aspects of the world of tasty fermentations and distillations.
