Downtowner George Woodard will share his love of horticulture design with a slide show of some of the gardens he designed on the north shore of Long Island, an appreciciation of the famous garden designer Piet Oudolf, who designed the Highline and countless other public gardens all over the world, and some slides of the rhododendron hybrids George developed over 30 years of plant breeding and which are now planted at Longwood Gardens and Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay, NY.
