In response to the many questions our JOC Coordinators and Downtowners Administrative staff have received over the years from volunteers, the JOC Committee has developed a presentation to help volunteers know what to do and who to contact when they have questions. We plan to have an in-person presentation once each month from now on.
All new volunteers will be required to take the training as soon as possible and we would like all veteran volunteers to take the training at some time in the future. The first two events are on the calendar for November and December and future dates will be set soon.
