Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat is a limited tv series based on Samin Nosrat's acclaimed book exploring the four components of good cooking. Come, view, and be inspired to cook better.  Part 1 (Fat) and Part 2 (Salt) will be shown on Aug. 25th.  Part 3 (Acid) and Part 4 (Heat) will be shown on 9-5 from 4:30 - 6pm (separate registration required on the Event Calendar).  These two Culinary Club events are limited to 10 participants/session.
