Backyard gardens are one of the best kept secrets of owners of the classic row houses of Lancaster. Backyard Gardens Lancaster East will feature gardens of Downtowners who live east of Queen Street. Our garden tour will start in Old Town and continue along the East Orange Street corridor. We will finish our walk at the Sweet Shoppe on N. Duke Street for ice cream.

     A second backyard garden tour for homes west of Queen Street is being planned for mid-September.

     Itinerary is still in final stages of planning. The round-trip walk will be about 1 ½ miles. You may request transportation in the conversation window of this calendar post if walking is a challenge.
