"If you enjoy farm to table restaurants, creating recipes using fresh ingredients from local farms, or foraging edible plants and flowers from back country roads, this event is for you!

Many of you have heard the remarkable story of Erin French and how she became a nationally recognized home chef and founder of The Lost Kitchen, a restaurant in Maine where 250 lucky guests are selected annually from thousands of postcards.

In this series, we will showcase four episodes from Season 1 of The Lost Kitchen (one episode per event). Each episode is approximately 45 minutes long, and will include a snack from The Lost Kitchen cookbook you can enjoy while watching the show. The idea comes from culinary member Linda Garneau and is something she is passionate about.

All four viewings will take place in the Landis Place on King Conexion room on these dates:

Thursday, February 12, 4:00- 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, February 26, 4:00- 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 12, 4:00- 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 26, 4:00- 5:30 p.m.
Note: If you want to learn more about Erin French and how she found The Lost Kitchen, I highly recommend  her biography, “Finding Freedom.”

We hope you can come and join us!"
