Join us for a Small Dinner Group featuring a Peruvian menu at the home of Carmen Tisnado.  We will eat a typical Peruvian dish, Aji de Gallina, a chicken-based meal containing milk and nuts. It Is typically spicy, though we will serve it at a low-medium heat level and will have cream of aji (Peruvian chili) on the side for those that want to try it spicier.
