Aging in Your Place: Nutrition and Cooking For One (or Two)

Join us in a discussion about how nutrition needs change as we age, how to manage leftovers or excess ingredients, food safety, and general ideas of how to make meal preparation more enjoyable, particularly when cooking for one person. Your ideas of tips and tricks will be an important part of the discussion.

We will also be joined by expert M. Chaplin Mazzocchi. M. Chaplin Mazzocchi, MS, RD, LDN, NBC-HWC is a Community Health Dietitian for Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health. She is a dietitian with the Food Farmacy program which offers free, healthy food and nutrition counseling to food-insecure patients in Lancaster County. Chaplin holds a master's degree from University of Delaware and her dietetic internship and undergraduate degree from West Chester University.
