      We begin our day at the Air Mobility Command Museum where we find out where old planes go…the lucky ones come here to the only museum dedicated to airlift and air refueling history! This indoor & outdoor museum houses over 30 aircraft varying in roles and sizes with tour guides & exhibits telling the story of humanitarian & air refueling history, including Korean troop carriers & the Berlin Airlift, when 1.5 million tons of fuel and food were delivered to 2 million  Germans. There is also a display hangar, restrooms, & a museum store. 

     Lunch is at Mission BBQ , which opened its doors in September 11, 2011, ten years after our world changed forever. The owners, two patriotic friends passionate about BBQ, believe there is nothing more American than BBQ!








     Then we make our way to Biggs Museum of American Art where we will have a docent-led tour of this amazing museum that houses one of the finest collections of Delaware/American fine & decorative arts from 1700 to the present including paintings, sculptures, images, glass, & early American furniture.

     Price per person:  $106.00     Non-Downtowner  $111.00

     Package Includes:  Motorcoach transportation and tip; admission and tours for all listed attractions; water, snacks, morning coffee, and lunch & tip.

     Departing from Lancaster Shopping Center at 8:15 AM 
Returning approximately at 6:15 PM
