COVID-19 has brought into clear focus the critical need for seniors to remain healthy as we age. Keeping our immune systems strong through daily physical exercise, eating nourishing food, ensuring rest and adequate water consumption are essential to maintaining good health and a positive outlook. As we continue to live in isolation, following stay at home orders from the federal and state government, it may be difficult to connect with those daily activities that can help us stay well.


Martha Harris is an entrepreneur who founded Fizika Group 10 years ago to help schools and seniors adopt healthier lifestyles in order to improve learning readiness and reduce the risk of cognitive decline. She will offer tips and practical suggestions for how to keep our brains and our bodies working optimally so we can weather the COVID storm and remain resilient.
