Lancaster Rec Center has an amazing lineup of Senior Fitness and Recreation Programs. Options include exercise classes, pickle ball, painting and drawing, and health and wellness activities. Susan Davis from the senior center staff will give us a tour of the facility and introduce these and other activities.
