Our first Lancaster Downtowner Bicycle Ride will be on the beautiful Northwest Lancaster County River Trail which follows the Susquehanna River in the area of Columbia and Marietta. We will start at Riverfront Park and ride up river to Bainbridge. We will re-trace our path, stopping at the White Cliffs of Conoy on our way to Marietta. From Marietta we will return to our starting point for a “bring your own” picnic lunch.
You are responsible to have both your body and your bike in good riding condition. Pace will be slow to moderate.
Total riding distance is about fifteen miles. Plan to transport your own bike. Let us know if you can transport an extra bike, or if you need transport for your bike.
