One of our first programs to be cancelled when the Covid Pandemic hit us in March of 2020 was a presentation by Denise Ewell, daughter of famed Olympic runner and Lancaster native, Barney Ewell. Now, two years later when the plaza being named after Barney Ewell is about to be dedicated, Denise has agreed again to be with us to share recollections of her father from the terrace at Imperial Restaurant looking down onto Ewell Plaza. We will combine Denise’s presentation with our monthly Happy Hour. Happy Hour will begin at 4 pm, still at a cost of $20. If you would like to be present just for her presentation, plan to arrive around 4:30 at no charge. Registration is required for both options. This event is open to non-member guests.
