LEADS (Lancaster’s Economic Action for Downtown’s Success) is responsible for the downtown seasonal beautification of our fair city. Downtowners have an opportunity to get an early start into the holiday spirit by helping to unpack new wreaths that the city has purchased and attaching bows. We will meet at their new headquarters on Liberty Street and spend a couple hours on the job.
